Our skin are different, and our goals and expectations are also different. Therefore, we recommend everyone to book a comprehensive consultation with our consultants, nurses or doctors (fees applies for medical consultations) to find out what’s the most suitable treatment options. 

During your consultation, we will evaluate your skin, have a holistic discussion with you regarding your concerns, and most importantly expectations. We can also run skin analysis with our Visia device to have a more comprehensive view of your skin and skin issues.

What kind of medical information do we need to know before your laser treatment?

Due to the nature of some of our treatments, including laser and injectables, we need to collect comprehensive medical history from yourself, these include:

• Medical history and current medications
• Allergies
• Previous cosmetic and surgical histories
• Adverse reactions from previous treatments 

What are some of the energy based devices treatment contraindications?

No matter what type of energy based treatment it is,  all general contraindication applies.  In general, these situations should be avoided:

• Pregnancy and breast feeding 
• Open skin wounds or rash 
• When the person is physically unwell, eg, suffering from infection, active autoimmune disease or illness. You should wait for your condition to have recovered before you book in for cosmetic treatments 
• Taking light sensitive medications, eg. Doxycycline, isotretinion, you must let the practioners know about your medication

• Sun burn or tan
